Account and registration

Open a satugol account in four steps. First, visit satugol.run or the satugol app and tap "Register." Enter your email address and create a password (at least 8 characters). Second, verify your email by clicking the link we send you. Third, provide your full name, date of birth, and phone number during Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Fourth, link a payment method — DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or a bank account with mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. To check your withdrawal status, log into satugol and view your transaction history in the cashier section. To open a support ticket, log into your satugol account and click "Support" or "Help" in the menu. Select the category that matches your issue (account, payment, technical, game rules, or other) and describe your problem in detail. Include your username, the date and time of the issue, and any transaction IDs or screenshots relevant to your concern. Submit the ticket. You will receive a ticket number by email and our support team will respond within one business day.
